“Earlier last year I dealt with Spectrum Family Eye Care for the first time. I had been a regular client of my previous eye Dr. for over 20 years and had no intentions of looking elsewhere. Until I cracked my glasses. I have very poor vision and completely rely on my prescription. The problem was, I suffer from agoraphobia – a severe form of panic disorder that has left me completely housebound for the past 3 years.

My husband took my broken pair to our regular eye Dr. and he refused to fill a new prescription unless I came in for an exam. My husband explained our situation and the Dr. got very nasty with him, and said no one out there would help us.

Well, he was wrong.

Spectrum Family Eye Care not only understood our situation, they did not hesitate for a second to fill a new prescription for me without even seeing me. It’s hard enough struggling with a mental illness, but to not have access to vital services (such as prescriptions I rely on) makes my life that much more difficult.

We’d like to thank their amazing team, and would highly recommend them!”

“I recently went to Spectrum Family Eye Care and I was blown away by the service they provided. They took the time to answer all my questions but not only that, they also were super fast and efficient! My total appointment took 20 minutes and they provided me with a new prescription, trail pairs of contacts, told me my overall health of my eyes and were just super helpful and friendly. Amazing staff and wonderful experience! Would highly recommend!!”

“My mother has had 3 strokes in a year and a half and thought she was having another one due to her loss of vision. I contacted the amazing staff at Spectrum who took my mother in right away and assured her that she was ok. Also advised why she was having the loss of vision.
